Centrifugal Iso-Finishing and Polishing Oversized Parts

Above: (Left) Under construction, a new design for centrifugal iso-finishing machinery. This model HZ-600 features four processing compartments with 12 inch (300mm) diameter barrels with 62 inch (1500mm) barrel lengths. This equipment and be used for super iso -finishing and polishing of oversized components such as cam-shafts. This high speed machinery is capable of rapidly developing surface finishes in the single digit range for high performance parts in the motorsports, automotive motor transport and other industries. The two machines shown to the right are model HZ-220's with processing compartments that measure 12 inches (300mm) in diameter by 27.5 inches (700mm) in length.
The HZ-600 machine will be a big brother to the HZ-330 machine. The two machines are similar in construction, the major difference being the barrel compartment length, The HZ-330 has barrels that are 42 inches in length. The HZ-660 is a longer version of the same basic design with 62 inch barrels. See the video below.
The HZ-330 and HZ-600 will be especially useful for super-finishing and super-polishing long parts. By using optional divider inserts very large volumes of smaller parts can also be deburred, finishing and polished. The HZ-330 is a full sized industrial finishing machine. This CBF machine can be fully customized with a touchscreen control panel, parts separator, drain pan and infrared safety curtain.

In a matter of minutes this deburr tool can clean up metal, acrylic or rubber parts are finished in what could take hours or even days by hand. The finish achieved by these machines is isotropic, meaning parts are polished uniformly and evenly, something that cannot be achieved by hand.
